Over the past decade or more I’ve researched, investigated and discovered the real secret of what moves amazing women to do incredible things. The women I’m talking about are those who are growing spectacular entrepreneurial ventures, trailblazing new opportunity, innovating dynamic careers, creating change in their lives and in the lives of others.
Here’s what I found out ….
There really isn’t anything different between those women and you or me. But, there is one thing that they have discovered and put into good use …. that’s the art of feminine success. About now you may be asking yourself, ‘What is feminine success?’
The way I see it is there is the traditional, standard model for creating success. And, that way many times includes stressing, striving … driving ourselves relentlessly for achievement … high in expectation we find satisfaction only when we reach an outcome that we perceive will bring us the joy and connection we so deeply long for. I’ve done it this way. In fact I build a multi-million dollar organization with dozens of employees exactly from this point of view.
But, it never felt natural to me. It was only after a series of life-changing crisis … did I choose to ask myself, “Isn’t there way to approach success from a space of clarity, grace and ease? A more feminine, creative approach … one filled with inspired action … deep collaborative connection with others …. being resourceful and sharing of resources …. celebrating creative outcomes each moment. I don’t know about you but this feels natural.
So, I set out to shift the way I approach success …. one that’s a natural balance between unbridled clarity of potentials, full engagement for optimum success and envisioned outcomes!
Feminine Success is all about igniting our natural, innate, empowered flow of creating a life from the core essence of our gifts, our talents, our powers, our possibilities!
Feminine Success is all about being involved in a dynamic community where we work on our businesses, we grow our relationships, create co-operative business and empower our earning capacity beyond what we may have imagined possible.
Feminine Success is about discovering ways to stay passionate about how we can offer our skills and talents to the world. Focused on the ways our gifts inspire and empower other people to live their most amazing lives … we value our power to create change.
Feminine Success is seeing the impossible become possible. It’s a willingness to ignite the passion to take action! It’s a solid belief to allow our vision to become real, embraced, lived!
A few months back, I had the great good fortune to sit with and interview the First Lady of California, Maria Shriver. She reminded me of something very important and that is the power of mentors … these are people that coach us, share their insight and in one way or another empower us to see our own abilities to bring our vision to life. I stepped away from my time with Maria knowing that to truly be women who envision, empower and embrace life like never before we must deepen our collaborative connections and ….
We must step in to our natural feminine power and say “yes” to our greatest talents!
It’s time to bring our communities together. It’s time to deepen our web of connection.
It’s time to grow beyond perceived limitations. It’s time to redefine our potentials.
It’s time to shine your talents, share your gifts and live the life you were truly meant to live!

What I hear Gloria say… Amazing Women …. is that it’s time to ignite that inner-leader who is ready to celebrate her unique qualities, deepen our connection and step into inspired, empowered action to create positive change in our lives and in the lives of others!
